Energy Groups -   are the weakest.

Refiners  - Monthly MACD lower than ever and price is not.

HES - since talking about this ticker about a month ago, the price has dropped $23.  Weakness is still present, still needs to go down $15 more. all time periods are moving down.

APA - entry was middle of June and has lost $20, it's dropping because there is no underlying foundation to hold the price.

DUG - oil short fund, new low but monthly not at new low, suggests considerable upside.

CELG - weak technically on the monthly, need lower high on weekly MACD to bring the strength down.
